Bernadette is a Certified Coach, Workplace Trainer & Assessor and a Certified Practitioner in Neuro Linguistic Programming (NLP) . And, with 10 years experience with one of Australia's leading financial institutions, Bernadette understands the development needs of business and individuals who aim to achieve success in their field.

Bernadette is also immediate past Membership Chair on the International Coach Federation Australasia (ICFA) Victorian Sub-Chapter Leadership Board. And relishes the opportunity to heighten awareness of coaching and its benefits to individuals and business.

Outside the office Bernadette loves being active both physically and in her community. She is an accredited AFL Coach and coordinates her local Auskick Centre .
